Conquer — B2B catalogue platform
The brief
Conquer sold industrial supplies B2B with contracts that priced every SKU differently for every client. Their existing shop was Shopify, which couldn’t handle contract pricing or client-specific catalogues. Sales reps were taking orders by phone and manually invoicing.
We built a headless commerce platform on top of their existing ERP. Each client logs in to see their own catalogue, their own prices, their own credit terms. Reps can place orders on behalf of clients. The dynamic discount engine applies rules based on volume, contract tier, and seasonal promos.
The real win was reduced rep time-per-order: from 22 minutes (phone & manual) to 4 minutes (self-serve with rep approval). Reps now handle 5x the order volume.
